Car full of scratches and told don't worry about it. Car was full of water spots couldn't tell if there were any dents. In fact I missed one and they were kind enough to point it out

This was the worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. I reserved a standard car and when the driver arrive at my house, he was driving a small Toyota Corolla.... I did not even think for a second that this would be the car I was being given.... The car was way too small to be the car I reserved, or so I thought. I arrived at the office and asked the gentlemen if this was my rental? He explained to me that this was an "intermediate" vehicle and that if I wanted the standard I would have to be driven to more head city (20 minutes) out of my way..... At this point I was offered a whole $9 discount for the inconvenience. I was frustrated because I could not afford to lose an hour off of my trip when I reserved a standard vehicle, that would of had enough room for my two teenage children to be comfortable during our 12 hour drive. This car was absolutely disgusting.... There were stains all over the seats and armrest as if this car had not been cleaned before it was given to me. Halfway through my trip (in the mountains) it began to storm. At that point I realized that wiper blades were completely worn down and I could not see anything in front of me... I was literally scared for my life.. This set my trip behind 30 minutes because I could not drive over 30mph. During which time my brother (the passenger) realized that there were ants crawling in this car (yuck). I was beyond frustrated and wanted to call to complain but I had a very strict timeline I needed to follow and stopping would set us back even further. On top of all the other issues I started the trip with on the way back we discovered that the back windows in this car did not and would not roll down. The back seat had a burn hole in it and that we noticed when my 3 year old daughter was picking apart the styrofoam in the seat......I have rented from enterprise so many times before but this was on all levels the worst experience that I have ever encountered..... I even took pictures of everything because I just couldn't believe how horrible this was....

Great service, they picked me up from the repair shop early in the morning and got me set up with a rental all before I had to be at work at 9am!

Right place, right price, right service.

I had a car reserved for 8am and I could not do with a car any later and I explained this the day prior to the agent and she said I would have a car by then. When I showed up the next day to pick up my vehicle, I was told that there was nothing they could rent to me because they did not have any cars. I explained to the agent that I had to have a car. He told me the best he could do was 1:30pm. He then told me that I should have my friend drive me to work who had helped me earlier get to enterprise. So rather than inconvenience himself with trying to find me a car I had reserved he asked me to inconvenience my friend. This was the rudest business experience I've had and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service.
