This place went above and beyond to take care of me. I had to wait at the location because it was my only car, but they offered to drive me somewhere instead of waiting. Even though the newest member was working on my car, the more experienced cleaners continuously spot checked him. In the end, my car looked like new and the team, owner, and receptionist all made me feel like family while I waited. Highly recommended compared to any other detailing company around.
They did an excellent job detailing my husbands truck! They were very accommodating to our schedule and did a fantastic job. Very friendly and I would recommend them.
So I was going out of town and wanted to get my new 2500 truck detailed while away. So I looked up detailer in the area and platinum showed up on my phone. Saw good reviews so I thought why not. Called the people and told them what was going on and they agreed to come pick up my truck free of charge and take care of everything and then drop it back off at my house for me. I thought this was awesome customer service and was pretty stoked. Upon my arrival home I walk right to my truck and was excited to check it out and discover that this company didn't even get all the wax off my truck, didn't buff the puppy claw marks of the door (which they claimed they could remove no problem) I had water spots and water run lines all over my truck. They never did anything to the inside ( which I was OK with just writing off as bad communication on mine or their part). However I was very unhappy with the quality of the job on my truck and tried to call the lady seveal times to only be ignored. So I called my bank and tried to do a stop payment ( if any of u know me this isn't something I do, and was a first for me in my life to dispute somthing like this). Needless to say I will never be bring even a muddy go cart back to this place. Not sure if they took advantage of me cause I paid while out of town or I got a bad detailing employee or what. Hope others have a better experience.
