I have used this rent-a-center for over a year and they where always able to adjust the time i made my payments. They where also able to take partial payments and work out a payment plan with me. They always had great customer service. I would recomend this establishment to anyone that can not afford to make large purchases on the spot and need to spread the payments out over a longer period of time.
If you ever rent here, make sure that you never make a payment late. I was going to get paid 2 or 3 days later than expected one week, I called rent-a-center to let them know the payment wouldn't be on time, but would be make within the same week, and instead of working with us and waiting 2 days for a payment they came and took my washer and dryer until I paid them. I made the decision to take my business elsewhere instead of paying. If they had been more maliable, they wouldn't have lost me as a customer, nor would they have lost every friend of mine as a customer.
