It's a shame that this is the only place around to get certain things because they clearly know nothing about any of the animals. One of the girls that work there told me that 2 of the reptiles died from wrong lighting. One of the snakes had sores all over his body but they would never take him to the vet.
I have to saw that I would agree that the staff did not go out of their way to help me but they answered my questions. I’ve never had a very bad experience here but I’ve never had a standout experience here either. Over all a good place and I prefer to shop local when I can. Word to Billy a quick enforcement of customer service would probably do wonders for business.
The people are helpful and friendly. The prices on fish were cheaper then petsmart. I don't mean a few cents cheaper. It was 2 and 3 dollars or so cheaper on the smaller fish. The fish I got are doing well! Never going petsmart again
Employees should dress appropriately and not like their at a club. Walked around for 15 minutes no one asked us for help. 3 female employees were up front talking about their customers and laughing. Dogs looked sick and bo legged. This place is ridiculous. Shop else where. Save yourself a trip.
The people that work at those are excellent folks. They're smart knowledgeable and they know their way around that pet store very effectively. They're always willing to help offer any friendly advice or answer any questions. They have a wonderful selection of pet accessories food and pet themselves.
