Great, family friendly place. Backround checks done, lawn care, required to keep up appearence of your lot. Brea is an amazing property manager and does her best to have things fixed in a timely manner. One of the best trailer parks I ever lived in.
A great place to live. It's right up against the Croatan National Forest
Vicky will just Rob you if you choose to rent from her. Worst place I've ever t rented at. Trailers are not well maintained. Our sir conditioner broke on a regularubasiss... They never did anything to do it from happening.
I've done work here and noticed how the place is kept up and was really impressed. The management ensures that the homes are in decent shape always.
