Been in my apt for 6 years before they took over and not once has anyone came to spray the apt but once. I was told he would come every three months to get the bugs under control. Nothing now there's bad mold on the outside of the apt but they quick to give u a eviction notice if your a day late for rent. Hell I had to use some of my rent to pay a bug man to come spray my apt.

Poor maintenance and no upkeep on properties, then they charge you when you move out for things that were like that when you moved in, poor quality homes, poor treatment from the office staff and they will hang up on you when you call to ask questions or request assistance. Ask any local in Craven County and they will tell you about the awful reputation this company has earned for itself. STAY AWAY!!! There are other options besides this rental company.
I have had the best service with CCRE the staff are always nice, We have had minor issues with our home and there staff are there the same day or the next with no concerns. I have enjoyed working with the staff and will continue to rent from this agency they are my first call..

Don't waste your time and money. Yes, the are cheap but no professionalism..... I called in Early October for them to come fix my heat, itDOESN"T WORKKK!!!!! I'm a mom of three with a husband whos deployed and i know nothing about fixing it. It is now the end of November and still no heat. Instead they brought me a space heater and said we'll get to it. I wake up every morning in my house and its 54 DEGREES!!!! I'm in the process of finding a better place. I can get past the bug problem ( we spray ourselves so it isnt that bad) and the rudeness but having three small kids under the age or 6 with no heat ????? I cant do
