  Mr. Vesco took on the task of selling my home way back in 2007. Less than a month after we signed with him, our house had been sold for the full asking price that we wanted. We had been told by more than one "experienced" realtor that we were asking too much. We told him this and his response was "You tell me how much you want sell the house for, not the other way round." He sold the house to the first client that looked and they offered us the full price. I guess that is the difference between "showing a house" and "selling a house." Thank you Mr. Vesco, professional realtor!

  John Vesco is not only a realtor; he is also a property manager. If you are looking for someone to manage your rental, DO NOT choose this man. He currently has dangerous criminals and has decided to allow them to continue to live in the rental. The renters, about twelve people, have caused me and most of the people on my street to lose many hours of sleep. The police were just out here, two nights in a row and these people have only lived here for about a month. The first night, one of the guys who lives in the rental was trying to strangle his girlfriend and then was dragging her down the middle of the street by her hair. The second night, a guy was trying to kill a child and there was screaming about shooting each other. The guy was arrested. Today John Vesco, knowing all of this, has decided that these people should be able to continue to live in the rental and make the rest of our lives a living hell. Good job, John! Do not let this company manage ANYTHING that you own!
