Pretty quick and okay food. I usually only get drinks from herem
This was the worst experience I have ever had. Employees laughing and playing over the intercom. Taking the order and talking with someone else in the background. I would never suggest this location to anyone. Working in customer service you need to understand customer expectations. Best advise is don't have unsupervised children working with the public.
They are always really slow and always always forget at least one thing or give me the wrong items. Also, the employees goof off a lot while customers are waiting which is why it takes so long. I'm glad they are making work fun, but there is a time and a place to flirt and joke around. The few items I've had from there aren't bad, but the service is awful every time.
Delicious and fresh. Love stopping here on our way to Morehead city from new bern!
The drinks and ice cream here are always great! Service is great 9/10 times, and price is reasonable, especially if you catch happy hour and after 8pm.
