love the food but the service is ridiculous. Theres always a long line in drive through and once you're there you cant get out. sometimes im stuck in line for 30 mins and it causes me to be late to work. They lost a customer.
I just waited almost 30 minutes for half cold food with no one was waiting in front of me meanwhile the guy in the back was standing in the middle of the floor texting on the telephone the only thing that was pleasant about my visit was the older lady up front waiting on me she was very kind and nice
The food when you get it is always tasty. I think if they would have two registers going it would cut back on the waiting to order time, but it's worth the wait. I really enjoy Wendy's when I eat there.
Over all, one of the worst Wendy's I have eaten in. Tuesday evening 6 pm.
Food...good. all was hot and correct. Service....bad. slow and no clue what was going on. Sanitation rating of 82.5? Wish I would have seen that before I ordered. I didn't check it first.
Baked potato seemed to have been cooked many hours ago an reheated. Chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. Dave's single wasn't bad except for the meat which was cool, as in not cooked lately
