Never was given the chance. We just moved into the area and I am looking for a new vet. Before we moved my dogs both had their annual exams, heartworm test, and vaccinations for the year. Havelock Animal Hospital refused to allow me to buy flea preventative or heartworm protection unless they had an exam there. I explained I have all the documentation from our vet showing they are up to date, they did not care. Needless to say...we will find another vet that is not so money hungry.
