I really love the personal trainers that you can work with here. It's a really awesome program that is free for several weeks if you are an active duty marine. It's a great way to get one on one time with a professional. The program is flexible and tailored to whatever you personally need help with. Plus all of the trainers are really friendly and helpful.
Kinda hot inside, but somewhat understandable given the temps outside.
Up and running at 5:00 am with the sauna and steam room already hot. Great place.
