I love this gym. Everyone that works there is super friendly and very helpful except the girl that works after 10pm I got a little behind on the payments and the staff in the afternoon didn't hesitate to figure something out, but this girl always has to say something once I walk in the door. Even after I told her numerous times that we figured everything out. Not only that, but she's rude. Seems like she always has an attitude. I'll say bye when I'm leaving and she doesn't say anything back. She just keeps looking at her phone. Looks like I'm either gonna have to go in a lot earlier or cancel my membership if I can't bc normally I can't get there until after 10pm.
Decent place for busy people just trying too get in a quick workout. Obviously not a good place for serious body builders though. It's not the nicest place. But it's not bad.
Lots of cardio and weight machines. The cardio circuit is a great option as well. If you want classes, this place isnt for you.
Bomb-sheezy. New equipment and very clean. The staff is pretty cool, too.
I've been a member here for half a year or so now. Overall I love planet fitness for what they stand for and the atmosphere. I've accomplished goals here and it's pretty clean which is why I gave 2 stars...customer service needs a major face lift here at this location. I shouldn't have to wait on the staff (a young black woman with very long hair) to get off their cellular devices to use amenities I pay monthly for. Especially when I do not know how to use one of the amenities and the staff can't take time to show me. I've never had this problem at the Newbern location. I think I will only go there now.
