This place is great, organized and clean. The staff is pretty nice. I'd say it's peak time is usually around 4 pm but even then it's never really crowded. They had a trainer give my wife and I initial fitness tests and he didn't seem to be very knowledgeable or helpful.

This place is NEVER overly crowded, The Staff is friendly, always greets me when i walk threw the door and has ALWAYS answered any questions i have had. i will have a membership there for a long time!
